PABST BLUE RIBBON STOLEN FOR $95,000 WITH FAKE TRANSPORT PAPERS

In Montclair, California, unknown thieves stole Pabst Blue Ribbon beer twice in one day — $70,000 the first time and $25,000 the second.

Both times they used the exact same scheme: fake transport documents. First they “officially” loaded a truck, then repeated the theft with a new story — “subcontractor company.”

In total, they walked away with 95 thousand dollars of beer while warehouse staff and security simply watched.

▪ What’s particularly brutal here:

- this wasn’t a simple forgery. It was a full-blown logistics operation: fake transport papers + actual access to the warehouse
- two attempts in a single day, two different stories, the same trick
- the company itself offered a $20,000 reward

The same “official-looking” set of papers allowed a full truck of beer to be stolen — twice.
